2. Products

We strive to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Abwasay reserves the right to change product prices, promotional offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after payment verification.

Abwasay reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • JazzCash Transfer
  • Bank Transfer

After completing your payment, please send your payment receipt to our official WhatsApp number for verification.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully verified.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Customization Orders

We offer customization services for selected products.

Please note:

  • Customized orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins.
  • An additional 10% customization fee applies to all customized orders.
  • Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Delivery times for customized orders may vary depending on the requested modifications.

7. Shipping

We proudly offer Free Shipping Across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ready-to-Wear Orders: 3–7 business days
  • Customized Orders: Delivery time depends on the complexity of the customization and will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear products may be eligible for return or exchange according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they contain a manufacturing defect.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, graphics, text, and other materials, is the property of Abwasay and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Abwasay shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
